Match Report
Crusaders returned to winning ways through a good all round team effort at Bexleyheath. The outfield was a little longer than in past fixtures and with Bexleyheath making good use of the pitch, scoring was slow. Wajih survived several chances at the top of the order to anchor the innings and an unusually fluent 30 from The Skip dragged the score to 146 at the end of 40 overs. Danglers and Spud put the brakes on any hopes Bexleyheath harboured for a quick start, with Matty Rehman and Mike the beneficiaries, taking seven wickets between them. Timmo mopped up the tail, with our hosts still 31 runs short.
