Match Report
Back to it's familiar Post Kent Beer Festival slot this game is never a favourite for the nasally sensitive, but those that did not attend for the weekend ably covered Danglers, TC and Simply. Timmo rolled back the decades, with a blistering spell of military medium that netted him a five-for. The Name-Dropper found time between canoodling with Suzanne Dando and not knowing which Hollioake was dead, to make an appearance and in customary style got two wickets, with Danglers winkling out the tail. Blue Bell Hill finished on what appeared to be a very inadequate 117, but we managed to make very heavy going of the target From a precarious 76-7. Timmo rounding off a good day and with Mike guided the ship home, sharing an unbroken stand of 42.
